User availability

This window is available from the context menu of the user combo, from the action, maintenance action, and intervention sheets.

It makes it easier to select a user for the action or intervention, among those:

• who are not absent
• who have no other interventions to make
• who have no other actions to take

Below is an example of access, from the context menu of the list of users of an action sheet.

This menu item opens the screen below:

The screen shows unarchived users only.

For each user and for the specified date/time range:

• it checks absences (Abs column)
• it counts unfinished actions
• it counts unfinished interventions

Column D indicates the availability (presence + no interaction or action) of the user.

You can modify the date/time range, and recalculate the arrangements with the 1 button.

The Available only check box allows you to display only available users.

For performance reasons, actions and interventions older than 30 days from the start date of the range are not taken into account.
