Task assignment

This screen presents the assignment of tasks at time T.

Access: Projects→ Task assignment

The screen is only accessible to users with the task assignment privilege.

The screen shows which tasks are assigned to which users.

The 1 combo has three options:

• Project selection: allows you to select a project and display all assignments to this project. The New button allows you to select a user to assign them to this project.
• <All>: Shows everyone's assignments to all projects. The New button allows you to select a user to assign them a new task.
• [User Name]: Displays the tasks currently assigned to the user. The New button allows you to assign a new task to the selected user.
