Product stock details

This screen displays details of product stock.

Access:
- Products → Product list → ‘Stock’ button → ‘Stock details’ option
- Dedicated button on the product details page

The top part of the screen shows actual stock movements.

The bottom part of the screen shows virtual stock. These are products that are due to arrive or be dispatched from your physical stock, but which have not yet arrived or been dispatched.

For example, when you place an order for Champagne, the bottles are included in your virtual stock as soon as you have issued the supplier order. They will move from virtual stock to actual stock once the supplier order is completed or the goods receipt note is issued.
