CERFA : Generating CERFAs
Features
CERFAs are French government forms.
This extension automatically pre-fills the relevant CERFAs with the available data, makes it easy to fill in the other fields, and stores the generated pdf document in the relevant customer file.
Four documents are currently available:
- the CERFA n°13948 Attestation simplifiée also known as CERFA n°1301 (simplified certificate)
- CERFA no. 13408
- the PV Réception Travaux (Works Acceptance Report)
- the reservations lifting form for the Works Acceptance Report
- and CERFA 15497.
If you wish to include other CERFAs in the extension, please send your request to dev@gestan.fr.
Prerequisites
This extension works on Windows and Linux platforms, but not on Mac!
Before you can use it, you need to install the Java libraries, which you can find on this page.
On the download page, choose the 64-bit “offline” versions for your particular platform, Windows or Linux. Below is the download page and the programs to download.
If, despite installing Java, you get an error from the JavaCharge function, check your version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. If you have a version prior to 2015, you can download the latest version by following this link.
Use
Access : Tools → Office automation → Create a Cerfa
The Combo 1 allows you to select the type of CERFA to be completed. Selecting the CERFA allows you to select the Gestan document concerned, usually a customer invoice. The screen then displays the CERFA in the field provided. The document can then be modified until the CERFA is saved or printed.
The resulting PDF document can be printed and saved locally using the buttons linked to the PDF. The 2 button is used to save the document in the customer's documents in Gestan. The CERFA will then appear in the list of linked documents.
The 1 icon provides additional information on the CERFAs. Click on it to obtain :
- A link to any CERFA leaflet
- A link to any attached sheets
These are additional documents found on the service public entreprise and service public particuliers websites. The icon therefore only appears on CERFAs where additional documents are available. Hovering over the icon displays details of these documents.
You can add a signature directly to the document by using the edit tab and then Handwritten signature.
You will then have the choice of drawing, typing or selecting the image of the signature you want.
