PREPBON: Picking slips *

This extension allows companies that manage stock in different locations to calculate and print picking slips for orders or quotations: the list of products and quantities to be picked from a given location.

It was developed based on an original idea by GM-Service, and developed by GM-Services and ICS.

Access: Trade → Preparation vouchers

Select the starting parts, the period, and click on the Display button.

For each of the parts displayed, selecting a line displays the products contained in the part and their availability in the various locations managed by the company.

You can edit directly in the To prepared column to indicate the quantity to be picked from the location.

The calculation is done by going down the lines. For example, if 20 units of a product are ordered and you enter 2 in the first available line, the programme will enter 18 in the second available line. If the available stock for this second line was 13, it would have entered 15 and put 5 in the third line.

The Print button prints the corresponding preparation slip.
