Mail outsourcing

Mail is a time-consuming task that can be outsourced: instead of printing your mail, putting it in an envelope, then stamping and mailing it, you send it via the cloud to a specialized service that performs this task for you.

The advantages of this solution are:

• reduced communication costs (by 20 to 25%, if you include supplies, stamps and the time required for operations).
• documents sent are archived for a customizable period. They can also be sent directly to your contacts' electronic safes.
• detailed reporting available, by channel, user, etc.
• greater working comfort and traceability of operations.

Access : Tools → Application settings → Extension settings > Virtual mail printer.

First, open an account with our partner PostGreen. It's on this page.

Then download the virtual printer supplied, install it and that's it!

When you print a letter with Gestan (or with any other application on your PC), you can print it by selecting the PostGreen virtual printer, which will trigger the processing of the mailing via PostGreen.

The icing on the cake is that PostGreen plants a tree for every 2,000 documents sent by our customers, offsetting (at least as far as can be calculated) all the CO2 emissions associated with the operation.
