Outsourcing of post handling

Post handling is a time-consuming task that can be outsourced: instead of printing, enveloping, stamping and posting your letters, you can use a specialist service to carry out this task for you.

This solution offers several advantages:

• reduced communication costs (if you include supplies, stamps and the time required in the calculation).
• customisable automatic archiving; letters can also be sent to your contacts’ electronic safes.
• Traceability, with detailed reports available by channel, user, etc.
• Ease of use.

First of all, open an account with our partner PostGreen. You can do this at <ignore></ignore>cette</ignore><ignore>.

Next, download the virtual printer provided, install it, and that’s it!

When you print a document using Gestan (or any application on your PC), you can print it by selecting the PostGreen virtual printer, which will trigger the dispatch process via PostGreen.

The icing on the cake is that PostGreen plants a tree for every 2,000 documents sent by our customers, which offsets (at least as far as it can be calculated) all the CO₂ emissions associated with the process.
