A contact can have a personal and/or professional email address, without prejudging the fact that certain documents must be transmitted to other email addresses. This screen is used to declare them.
Access via the Other recipients link in the Professional tab of the contact sheet.
For each attachment category, you can declare as many emails as you want.
For example, here any invoice or credit will be sent by email to the “billing” address and the “control” address.
