CERFA : Generating CERFAs

CERFAs are French government forms.

This extension automatically pre-fills the relevant CERFAs with the available data, makes it easy to fill in the other fields, and stores the generated pdf document in the relevant customer file.

This extension lets you create CERFAs pre-filled with customer information from an invoice. These CERFAs can then be modified, saved or printed.

Four documents are currently available:

• the CERFA n°13948 Attestation simplifiée also known as CERFA n°1301 (simplified certificate)
• CERFA no. 13408
• the PV Réception Travaux (Works Acceptance Report)
• the reservations lifting form for the Works Acceptance Report
• and CERFA 15497.

If you wish to include other CERFAs in the extension, please send your request to dev@gestan.fr.

The extension is installed via the extensions manager.

Once installed, the Create a Cerfa menu appears in Gestan's Tools menu.

With the ribbon menu, the menu is present in the Office automation button menu.

This extension works on Windows and Linux platforms, but not on Mac!

Before you can use it, you need to install the Java libraries, which you can find on this page.

On the download page, choose the 64-bit “offline” versions for your particular platform, Windows or Linux. Below is the download page and the programs to download.

If, despite installing Java, you get an error from the JavaCharge function, check your version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. If you have a version prior to 2015, you can download the latest version by following ce link.
