libcef.dll file not found

Since version 15.37 of Gestan, compiled under Windev 27 (currently version 28), a problem occurs when you open the vehicle or address geolocation screen, reporting an error when loading the chromium framework due to the absence of the libcef.dll file.

This problem is due to the Windev 28 program installer, which does not include all the necessary resources. Until PCSoft finds an elegant and automatic solution, please perform the following operations:

To correct this problem:

• download the zip archive: https://www.gestan.fr/downloads/V15/wd280web.zip and unzip it.
• Put its contents in the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\PC SOFT\28.0\Framework\wd280web (create this directory if it doesn't exist)
