Percentage line

This screen lets you add a line whose amount is calculated as a percentage of all or some of the lines in your part.

For example, you could add a line which would be a special tax calculated on this or that item, or a discount amount which would be calculated on the entire part.

Access: via the contextual menu of the list of part items (e.g., the list of invoice lines, for an invoice)

For example, here we have an invoice with 3 items.

We want to add a 2% discount line.

Using the contextual menu of the item list, open the screen for adding a percentage line.

Indicate a product (in this case, we have a “ESCOMPTE” product), enter the relevant percentage, and select all the lines on which the discount applies. The Validate button will add a new line to the invoice.

This screen can also be used to calculate special taxes or fees.
