Virtual printer

Mail is a time-consuming task that can be outsourced via a virtual printer integrated into Gestan.

The principle: instead of printing your mail, putting it in an envelope, stamping it (possibly registered) and mailing it, you print it on the virtual printer, which performs all these operations automatically.

First of all, you need to open an account with a provider of this type of service - we've selected PostGreen.

Then you download the virtual printer supplied, install it, … and that's it! ;

When you print a letter with Gestan (or with any application on your PC), you can print it by selecting the PostGreen virtual printer, which will trigger the processing of the shipment via PostGreen.
