This screen corrects a bug in the HFSQL PCSoft server.

In Client/Server mode, you can obtain this message when you generate a part from another (creation of an invoice from a quote, for example):

The cardinalities on the foreign key side (1,1) between the items <FACTURE.IDFACTURE> and <FACTLIGNE.IDFACTURE> are not respected.

This error comes from a malfunction in the PCSoft HFSQL Server program, concerning aliased files, such as FACTURE and FACTURELIGNE. We have been reporting this to PCSoft for years (in 2013!), but PCSoft technical support has, as too often, kicked in by saying that since they couldn't reproduce the problem, it must be There was no problem… The company PCSoft, which would be owned by the insurer AXA, should however know the importance of dynamic customer service.

Fortunately, YB, a Gestan user and seasoned HFSQL expert, managed to identify the problem that PCSoft had refused to consider, and write the corresponding cleaning program, which we integrated into Gestan. :LIKE: :LIKE: :LIKE:

Click the Clean button to start cleaning the links, and resolve the problem immediately.

You can control the resolution by generating an invoice from another document whose invoice number does not exist. For example, you have invoices from 1 to 10. Go to the list of quotes, select quote 11 (or higher), and click on “Gen invoice”. If everything goes well, the problem is resolved correctly.
